Case & dial
The brushed stainless steel case has a polished fluted bezel. The finely shaped crown, as well as the two cylindrical pushers and screw replicas on the lugs are polished. The dial is classically subtle, but originally filigree. The hour scale is set in the embedded metallic corrugated shiny circle, so the minute scale has a lot of space in the large white circle, where the blue shimmering minute digits come into their own. The slim blued and matt gold hands underline the filigree character of the selected design elements.

The also fluted and harmoniously adapted glass bottom gives a clear view of the precision mechanics of the legendary Russian Poljot 3133 caliber.

The Poljot 3133 movement
A lot could be said about this mechanical, hand-wound chronograph movement. It has a Russian heart, driven by Swiss precision. In the early 1970s, the Moscow Poljot factory wanted to modernize the 3017 chronograph movement that had been produced so far. It was already approx. Produced for 15 years and a little more difficult to produce, the number should certainly increase. The beautiful filigree ratchet mechanism should be replaced by a more modern cam switch mechanism. The older 3017 was built on a production line imported from Switzerland by the company Venus (Fabrique d'Ebauches Vénus SA) based on the Venus 150, then slightly modified in the Soviet Union. This tried and tested procedure was to be used again in the 3133 in the early 1970s. This time a production line was taken over from Valjoux SA (today ETA, Swatch Group) and the movement was given a somewhat stronger (larger) Russian heart (balance). The basis for the Russian Poljot 3133 was the Valjoux 7734 resp. 7733. The machines and know-how were bought again in a good place.

History of Poljot and MakTime
This goes back to the year 1930. At that time the factory was called "First Moscow Watch Factory". The first Type-1 movements were also made on an imported production line by the Dueber-Hampden Watch Company, Ohio. By 1952, production increased to 1.1 million watches. The country should be supplied with good watches. The military, pilots, and science all needed more accurate clocks. The name changed to Poljot (flight), in 1975 the old and new Valjoux production line was put into operation, which produced the 3133 and other 31mm movements. In addition to the necessity, the watch industry was also a showcase project in the Soviet Union and Poljot was the greatest success. Other works such as the alarm plant Poljot 2612 and many more were also produced. In 1990 the production level was 5 million watches a year. Hundreds of employees made this achievement possible. In 2004 Poljot had to go bankrupt despite a long and proud history. Many highly qualified employees lost their jobs.

Fortunately someone was found who took over part of the production.

The 31mm chronograph production line was continued to be produced by the Moscow company MakTime from 2005 and thus saved for the time being. However, MakTime had to close leaider again in 2012 for the same reason (a shame, shortly before the clockwork shortage by Swatch AG, and there was already an automatic chrono prototype). MakTime had 700 employees in the meantime, divided between the production of the 31mm chronograph and the watches in Moscow. The other employees worked in the Penza watch factory, producing smaller movements for ladies' watches under the Zaria brand and producing for other manufacturers.

Process after purchase:

The clock is started by our watchmaker and checked for at least 1 day. Many of our watches are New Old Stock and you cannot just take the watch off the shelf and send it to you. We try to measure the watch on the timing machine by our watchmaker and, if necessary, adjust it by him, with a rate deviation of approx. +25 s / day to be delivered. Smaller deviations in the above tolerance range are possible. Should the clock run out of this tolerance range, contact us and the clock can be adjusted again. After a longer period of time, however, new shipping and, if necessary, corresponding hourly watchmaker rates apply.
