This box is made of sturdy cardboard, covered with fine red textured paper. The flap is provided with magnets at the front so that it closes by itself and can still be opened easily. Inside there is a velvety-soft bordeaux-red lining on the lid and in the bottom. This has a recess in the typical pocket watch shape. The recess is suitable for pocket watches up to a diameter of 5.5 cm. Due to the gathering of the lining, a clock with a smaller diameter is also protected inside.
