It is a 2-part screw mechanism consisting of a screw ring and the lid shown. The screw ring is not included. You can use the ring (and seal) already fitted to your watch. Let a watchmaker of your choice assemble the back, or you can assemble this steel back relatively easily yourself. Ideally, you use a watchmaker's tool to open or close. Screw down.
